National Economic and Social Development Office Act, 2006
An act to make provision for the establishment of a body to be known as the National Economic and Social Development Office comprising three bodies to be known as the National Economic and Social Council, the National Economic and Social Forum, the National Centre for Partnership and Performance, and such other bodies as the Taoiseach may by order establish and to define their functions and to dissolve the National Economic and Social Council, the National Economic and Social Forum and the National Centre for Partnership and Performance, and to provide for related matters.
