Anne-Marie McGauran

Dr. McGauran has a PhD in Gender and Women's Studies from Trinity College Dublin. Her thesis compared the impact of government policies on women’s employment in France and Ireland. She previously worked as Head of the NDP Gender Equality Unit in the Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform and as a researcher on the governance of state agencies in the Institute of Public Administration. She was also a post-doctoral research fellow in the University of Queensland, Australia. Anne-Marie worked as a Policy Analyst in the NESF from 2005 to 2010, before moving to NESC.
