Sheila Clarke joined NESC in January 2003 as Executive Secretary to the Director. Sheila was responsible for the day to day communications with the Council, administration support to the Secretariat, organising of conferences, workshops and involved in the publication of NESC reports until April 2010, before moving to a new role within NESC. Sheila's role involves Accounts, Website, HR, Information Resource, Purchasing and Office Maintenance. Sheila previously worked with Vodafone as a Training Executive in the Customer Operations Department and prior to that she worked in the National Irish Bank.
