Freedom of Information

This area of the site is intended to assist you in exercising your rights under the Freedom of Information Act 2014 (FOI Act).

NESC is subject to the terms of the FOI Act. Under the FOI Act, every person has a right to:

  • access official records held by NESC;
  • have personal information held on them corrected or updated where such information is incomplete, incorrect or misleading; and
  • be given reasons for decisions taken by NESC affect them.
